Green Bay, Wisconsin — Rol-Tec recently started building a 15,700-square-foot facility for its Green Bay headquarters, where it produces rubber-covered rolls, metal roll bases, laser-engraved flexographic sleeves, and tungsten carbide roll coatings for printing , Industrial and processing operations throughout North America. The company is also a unique manufacturer of custom cast polyurethane parts for various industrial applications.

According to President Matt Umentum, the new products will help meet the company's growing sales for printing and processing customers. With the recent addition of a second high-performance, industry-leading laser engraving machine, the laser engraving business continues to grow. The new space will mainly accommodate expanded metal processing operations to support the company's roller and sleeve operations.

The factory expansion is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2021. Rol-Tec also acquired Axis Grinding in early 2020 and operates the division in Axis's 20,000 square foot building in Green Bay. Additional recruitment is expected.
